建筑强调竖向挺拔感，彰显尊贵大气，利用立面形体变化，将原本较宽的形体切分变立体，在立面竖向丰富的前提下增加横向切分，既分又合丰富立面肌理。从坡屋顶、檐口、门窗等传统建筑元素中提炼出其中的缓坡、大出挑以及色彩等特征融入新中式风格设计中，延续传统文化的同时，丰富建筑的现代感。

The design is committed to creating high-quality commercial, office and residential compound ecological community, making full use of land resources, creating group and neighborhood space.

The building emphasizes the vertical and upright feeling to highlight the noble atmosphere. By making use of the change of facade form, the originally wide form is segmented into three dimensions. On the premise of rich vertical elevation, the building is segmented horizontally to enrich the facade texture. From the traditional architectural elements such as slope roof, eaves, doors and Windows, the features of gentle slope, big lift and color are integrated into the design of new Chinese style, so as to continue the traditional culture and enrich the modern sense of the building.
